Alumino-weld Formed Grips (AWFG-K’s)

For use on: Aluminium-Clad Steel Conductors

PLP’s PREFORMED™ Alumino-weld Formed Grips (AWFG-K’s) are designed to be applied directly to bare Aluminium Clad steel wire. and when directly applied over the conductors will hold 90% of the rated tensile strength (RTS).

AWFG-K’s have colour coded markings to indicate the starting point for application and to assist in product identification.

Note:

1. Full Tension Applications (90% RTS as per AS1154.3)

2. Left Hand Lay (LHL) standard.

3. If Right Hand Lay fitting is required, please enter the code below with -R suffix.
